Business Visa:
- 1 Visa form (attached)
- 2 passport photo
- UK company letter stating the following:
- Applicants full passport name
- Passport number
- Purpose of the trip and the company to be visited
- The applicants UK company is financially responsible for the trip
- How many entries are required, mentioning future trip
- Invitation letter from the company in Pakistan stating the following:
- Applicants full passport name
- Passport number
- Purpose of the trip and the company to be visited
- The applicants UK company is financially responsible for the trip
- How many entries are required, mentioning future trip
- Copy of the Pakistan company certificate of company registration
- Copy of applicants passports details page
- Copy of last three month bank statements
- Flight Itinerary
- Hotel confirmation
- An Authority letter from the applicant, headed to the embassy, giving Cultural tours permission to collect the visa on their behalf
- A copy of recent utility bill (must be up to date and have their UK address)
- Passport with at least 6 month Validity further than the requested length of the visa with at least one clear page
- British passport holder of Indian descent must apply in person to the embassy
